Cancer has never stopped us from this amazing event, nor will Coronavirus. While it is unfortunate that we will be unable to proceed in the manner that our event participants have come to expect, we are excited for participants to join us in spirit on Sunday, March 21!

  • We have created a Facebook group: Virtual Mary's Walk and Kerrymen 5K. Please join and encourage your friends and family to join, too!

  • Print a bib! Registrants will receive a link to download and print a customizable bib! If you have trouble locating or printing yours, email [email protected].

  • Walk or run in your neighborhood or at home on your treadmill. Take a photo or video and share it in the group. Tag #maryswalk2021. Wear green! Or a t-shirt from a past year's event. Or get creative and make your own.

  • Add a Facebook Frame! Show your support for Mary's Walk and the fight against cancer by adding a special "VIRTUAL ATHLETE" frame to your profile picture. In Facebook, simply go to "Update Profile Picture" and click on "Add Frame." Search for "Mary's Walk and Kerrymen 5K" and it will come up. You can also visit our Facebook page to find a link to the frame. 

  • Share why you walk or run. Are you walking in memory of a family member? Or perhaps in honor of yourself or a friend? Let's band together to show support for Maine Cancer Foundation.

  • Help Us Spread the Word! Work in an office setting? Want to encourage your co-workers to join Mary's Walk? Print off an 8.5 x 11 poster and hang it in your workplace, school, etc (with permission, if needed!). Poster

  • It's not too late to fundraise! Each dollar counts and makes a difference here in our state. All fundraising incentive prizes will be mailed to you. Top fundraisers, top teams and individual winners will be determined on April 1.
